The Farm
Our 40 acre farm is located in the beautiful Coteau des Prairie region of eastern South Dakota. We have a high tunnel greenhouse, four acres of aronia, small apple orchard, pastureland and a few goats. We are surrounded on the east and north with 100 acres of a Conservation Reserve of pheasant and pollinator habitat with native grasses, forbs, and thousands of wild flowers owned by extended family. We value sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices. We grow a variety of vegetables, fruit and berries to sell from our farm. We welcome you to join us for our farm walk and talks (or hay wagon rides) on bees and pollinators, regenerative organic practices, perma-culture, and more. We are brainstorming other nature-based education experiences. You can “like us” on Facebook to stay tuned to current and future updates.
Best, Bill and Julie Ross
